Questions people ask

• How bright is it? Reviewers of similar sunset lamps say it's genuinely bright up close, one to two feet away, and softer once you're several feet from the wall. It reads best in a dark or dimly lit room; in a bright room the glow is much less visible. No lumen figure is listed, so we don't quote one.
• Does it have a remote? Yes, it ships with a remote for switching between the 16 color modes from across the room.
• What powers it? USB, into any USB port or power adapter (not included). Not battery powered, and it has to stay plugged in while it's on.
• Is it safe to leave on overnight? LED lamps like this one run cool, and most owners report leaving similar lamps on for hours with no heat issue. A few reviewers of similar lamps did report a unit running warm; if yours ever feels more than warm to the touch, unplug it and email {EMAIL}.
• How long does shipping take? 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery.
• What if mine arrives broken or the remote doesn't work? Email {EMAIL} with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
